Ramen Chow Mein

Ramen Chow Mein-

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 3ish adults

Ingredients:
4 packages of Ramen noodles
minced garlic
1/2 onion, diced
Soy Sauce or Hoison Sauce
1 breast of chicken or 4 slices of bacon or both!

What to do:
1. Grill the chicken and cut it up into cubes or cook the bacon (I cook mine in the oven) and cut it up.
2. Boil water, then drop in the Ramen noodles WITHOUT the sauce, cook only about 1 minute, until the noodles start to barely come unbunched.
3. Cover the bottom of a skillet with olive oil and put in the drained noodles, the onion, the meat of your choice, about 2 teaspoons of garlic, a few tablespoons of either Soy Sauce or Hoison Sauce, and two of the seasoning packages from Ramen. Cook until lightly browned and serve!
